About the job
As a Full-time Academic Writer with us, you are responsible for completing assignments that you are given, and this will include assignments with topics that you are and are not familiar with. Nonetheless, even with topics you are not familiar with, these topics will not be technical, and enough resources will be provided to you to help you in completing the assignment.
In this role, you will mostly be working alone but will be in constant communication with your team leader, who will provide advice and feedback on your work. After gaining enough experience on the job, you are also needed to provide valuable advice to other writers who are struggling.
The job has no fixed working hours, though generally it will take between 5 to 8 hours each day for you to hit the 800 words target output. You are required to provide daily updates and have good communication and frequent communication with the team leader.
Being a home-based job, you get the perks of working anywhere you want and avoiding commuting altogether. However, this also means that you will have to be highly-disciplined, as we found that applicants with a general lack of self-discipline tend to find the home-based element of the job very toxic.
Responsibility
• Completing assignments which require you to research extensively and write concisely
• Revise your work when necessary
• Work within the time frame given
• Proofread your work and sometimes, other writers' works
• Mentoring other writers when necessary
Salary
88,000 PKR + bonus each month
You are required to write at least 16,000 words each month. Any words written beyond 16,000 words will be paid at the rate 6,000 PKR per thousand words.
Benefits
Health Insurance: All full-timers will be given an extra 5,000 PKR each month to cover for any health insurance premium.
Career Progression: Full-timers that perform well in their role can expect promotion to the senior writer position and subsequently the Team Leader position.

Salary
Choose how many words you'd like to write each week.
1,500 words/week (Salary: 33,000 PKR /mth) (~6-10 hours of work each week)
2,000 words/week (Salary: 44,000 PKR /mth) (~8-14 hours of work each week)
2,500 words/week (Salary: 55,000 PKR /mth) (~10-17 hours of work each week)
3,000 words/week (Salary: 66,000 PKR /mth) (~14-20 hours of work each week)
The salary per month stated above is an estimation of how much you will earn a month. We actually pay writers by the number of words they have written, at a rate of 5,500 PKR per thousand words.
For example: if you applied for the 2,000 words/week position and choose to work 5 days a week, you are expected to write around 400 words each day. Based on the speed of around 400 words a day, you will find that in a month where there are 20 working days, you will be paid (400 words X 20 days X 5,500 PKR per thousand words = 44,000 PKR /month). In most months, there will actually be more than 20 working days and therefore, you will be paid more accordingly based on the number of words you have written.
